Al Roland has been serving with the Medina City Police Department since 2005. Prior to being employed with the police department, he was a probation officer with the Medina County Adult Probation Department, a supervisor at City of Parma Jail, and a juvenile corrections officer at Medina County Juvenile Detention Center. Al graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Spanish. He has been a School Resource Officer with the Medina City School District since 2013. While off-duty, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing bass guitar, and playing soccer.
