Chromebooks will be available to families in need of a device during the school closure period.  Only one device per household will be allowed in grades K-8.  Devices will be available for drive-through pickup in the front lot of Medina High School on Tuesday and Thursday beginning March 17, March 19, March 24, and March 26 from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM.

Please complete this form prior to coming to pick up a Chromebook.  Students must be accompanied by a legal guardian who must sign the form and present current identification to receive the device.
