Annual Community Pancake Breakfast and Spotlight on Students

 

On Saturday, January 26, 2019, the Medina City Schools will host their annual Community Pancake Breakfast and “Spotlight on Students” from 8:00AM until 12:00PM in the main cafeteria at Medina High School.  Tickets are $3 each or 4 for $10 and are available at all district school buildings and both Medina Buehler’s locations through Friday, January 25, 2019. Senior citizens, 60 and over are FREE. Senior vouchers are also available at all district school buildings and at both Medina Buehler’s locations.  You may also contact the Community Relations Department at 330.636.3012. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, syrup, milk, juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

 

As part of the annual event, there will be student artwork on display as well as a variety or student performances in the Performing Arts Center beginning at 9:00AM and running through 12:00PM.  The current schedule of events is below and may be subject to change:

All proceeds from this event will go to the Medina City Schools Foundation in support of all of the services and programs they provide to Medina City Schools’ students and staff which includes support of the Joyce B. Ebner Tutoring Center located at Medina High School.



Medina High School Student Council Hosts Gently Used Clothing Drive

 

Medina High School Student Council will host a gently used clothing drive the week of January 21-26.  Items can be dropped off at Medina High School in the lobby or at the upcoming Community Pancake Breakfast and “Spotlight on Students” on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 8AM-12:00PM.

 

Items collected will go to the Medina Community Service Center on 655 N. Broadway Street.
