RECYCLING CLUB
Every student, every classroom recycles paper, plastic and cardboard at Ella Canavan!Our Recycling Club is open to fourth and fifth grade students who help collect recycling tubs from around the building every Wednesday at the end of their lunch period. We meet monthly as a group to share ideas for recycling at home and educating others to help the environment and our community. To find out more, please contact Mrs. Brewer at brewera@medinabees.orgSCHOOL SUPPLY RECYCLING DRIVEElla Canavan’s Recycling Club is collecting typically hard-to-recycle plastic products to reduce waste and renew resources. Recyclable items include all brands of empty pens, mechanical pencils, markers, glue sticks and watercolor paint sets. We send items to TerraCycle where they are cleaned and melted to be remolded into new products!
Our COMMUNITY COLLECTION box is open for item drop off in the school office lobby during school hours.
