We also are not allowed to issue bus passes to students. Students are not allowed to ride a bus that they haven't been assigned to.
The School-Based Health Center through Akron Children's Hospital will be providing in-person yearly well-child visits, which can include recommended immunizations, as well as sports physicals on Tuesday January 26 in the Medina City School District during normal school hours. This is not a walk-in clinic. All appointments must be scheduled by January 25. To schedule an appointment or to obtain additional information on these services please contact the School-Based Health Center at 330-543-7242. Thank you.
Lifetouch will be here on Tuesday, January 26th, to take student portraits! Order forms will come home the week of January 19th, or parents can go to:
Lifetouch and enter Fenn's picture day ID: EVT7RNWMV.
Fenn MODA students will also have their portraits taken that day between 3:45 and 4:45 in the cafeteria. MODA parents can order online using the same picture day ID or stop by Fenn and pick up an order form from the vestibule outside the office. All portraits will be included in the yearbook--Registration Gateway must be complete with Directory Release permission granted for a student's picture to be included.
Meals are free to all children 1-18. Students attending in-school can eat breakfast and lunch free at school. Meals can be picked up for MODA students. If you would like to sign up for meals, please email our cafeteria manager Barb Coy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Meal pick-up will be at the Spring Grove doors. Pick up time is between 9:30-10:00 on Tuesday and Thursday each week.

The Back-To-School Update Portal is now open for parents to confirm contact information and sign off on all the necessary paperwork for the year. This update is made online through our Registration Gateway system and needs to be completed ASAP. A separate update is required for each student, using the student's ID # as the user name and birthday (mm/dd/yyyy) as the password. Click here to begin the process.
