Mason Harper is the 1st full-time Assistant Athletic Director at Medina High School in school history. Harper began his services in August of 2019. He oversees athletics at both A.I. Root and Claggett Middle Schools. 

A native of Loudonville, Ohio, Harper has held various positions in the field of athletics, prior to Medina he was the Assistant Athletic Director at Lawrence Upper School and the Assistant Equipment Manager at Kent State University. Harper attended Loudonville High School and the University of Akron graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies, Sports Management and recently obtained his Masters of Education in Athletic Administration from Endicott College in Beverly, MA. 

Harper and his wife Andrea reside in Avon Lake.
