- Initial contact will be made by either the Human Resources Department or the building principal.
- An interview will be scheduled by either the Human Resources Department or the building principal.
- Recommendations will be made to the Director of Human Resources.
- Director of Human Resources will conduct an interview and, if appropriate, recommend hiring.
