Back-To-School Student Information Update Portal

  • In order to ensure your child’s safety, the Medina City School District requires that you confirm your contact information and sign off on all of the necessary paperwork prior to the start of the school year.  All updates must be made online* through our Registration Gateway-Back-to-School system.



    To login, utilize the student’s ID number and date of birth mm/dd/yyyyPlease be sure to follow the format of the birthdate exactly, including placing the (/) after the two-digit month and two-digit day.  The student ID number is the number students utilize as their lunch code.  The number may also be located on student report cards.  


    As in past years,  you will be required to login in and complete the process for each student with each individual student’s ID and their birthdate.


    Please note:  If your child is new to the District or a kindergarten student, unlike last year, you are still required to complete this process as we want to make sure we have the most up-to-date information on our students.

    * Computer access is available at the Medina County District Library and at the Medina City Schools’ Board of Education Office located at 739 Weymouth Road from 7:30 AM. to 2:30 PM.
