We appreciate the interest that you have shown in the the Early Entrance to Kindergarten program.

Please review the parameters set forth by the Medina City School District for Early Entrance, as well as the additional resource information provided on our website. If you should feel that your child should be evaluated, please fill out and submit all parts of the referral and consent forms prior to April 15th of the year in which you wish to have your child be assessed.  These will serve as written consent for your child to participate in all parts of the screening process. You will be contacted to schedule your child’s screening and evaluation which will take place in April.
